Biennial Out At Work Conference 2026

Rainbow Voices is a two‑day hui uniting rainbow union members, delegates and community advocates to drive real change for inclusion and equity in Aotearoa’s workplaces by learning how to organise for resilience, engagement, and inclusivity through dynamic keynotes, panels, workshops, and collaborative sessions. Participants will dive into organising, policy, intersectionality, Takatāpui empowerment, youth engagement, recruitment and, bold strategies for creating safer, more inclusive environments where our rainbow communities can thrive.
